On Thursday, January 19th, Quiet the Mountain, Jillian Matundan, Sam C. Jones, and Brent Funkhouser will take the stage and trade off songs, sharing stories and insights into the songwriting process.
Quiet the Mountain, an acoustic/folk duo, will captivate audiences with their beautifully crafted songs and complex vocal harmonies. Award-winning multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Jillian Matundan brings a blend of acoustic, rock, indie, and folk influences to the stage with her deft guitar skills and soothing vocals. Sam C. Jones, a genre-bending songwriter known for his vulnerable lyrics and big guitars, will share his haunting, heartfelt melodies. As a host for the evening, Brent Funkhouser will also be on hand to prompt questions for each artist, giving the audience an in-depth look at their thoughts, process, and personality.
