Snail Mail Launching “Valentine Fest” at Ottobar Feb. 10

Friday, February 10 through Tuesday, February 14, 2023
Snail Mail w/Special Guests

Baltimore, MD

Doors: 7pm // Show: 8pm

Lindsey Jordan, otherwise known as indie rock singer-songwriter Snail Mail, is returning to her hometown of Baltimore for a residency of five nights (Feb. 10 through Feb. 14) at Ottobar, which she named “Valentine Fest” after not only the holiday, but her album from 2021, Valentine.

Jordan will perform each night alongside “a ton of surprise special guests,” including some the poster rumoredly hints at, such as Soccer Mommy. There will also be exclusive Valentine-themed merch available.

“I punched a hole in the wall in the green room one time but it’s all patched up now,” Jordan told Variety about the venue. “It feels like no matter where you’re at in your career, you play the Ottobar, it’s really homey and I love that place.”

She also told Variety about her hometown’s art scene, “I’ve seen some bands from Baltimore that make me go, ‘This is so innovative and crazy and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen,’ and it all just exists in this bubble … It’s very much art first and nothing else, and I definitely feel that way about my own music.”

Tickets are sold out, but join the waitlist and keep an eye out if anyone you know has an extra, as this is a show for the local community. Find more upcoming events at Ottobar here!
