Read Southall Band at The Broadberry
Go check out Read Southall Band this weekend at The Broadberry! This southern rock and roll group has been taking their music to a whole new level in the last few years, working through the pandemic to hone their skills both with their respective instruments and with their songwriting. The result has been something that recreates classic rock’n’roll, turning it a little more southern, a little more moody, a little more alt, and a whole lot more – well – them. Just, as they put it, “six individuals making tunes”. And with critics comparing them to the likes of Waylon Jennings and Gary Stewart, years of touring, and tens of millions of streams on Spotify, it’s pretty safe to say that those six individuals know how to work some sonic magic.
