Ned Moss Lives “In Dreams” In New Single

By Margaret Adams

London-native Ned Moss is back with his third single of the year, “In Dreams”; the singer-songwriter was inspired by the classic 80’s sound and early 2000’s lyrics in this new release.

Moss has quite a history pursuing his passion of being a singer-songwriter, as he studied at the Purcell School of Music for seven years; he takes most influence from some of the iconic singer-songwriters such as John Mayer, Nick Drake, Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix.

“In Dreams” tells the story of a man stuck in a monotonous daily regime in which his only escape comes from his dreams. The single is a melancholic indie-rock track, featuring the beloved 80’s pop synths, as well as lyrics that sound like they can be from any song on a 2000’s rom-com soundtrack. With an impressive guitar solo and inspiring message to make dreams into reality, the track tells the listeners, “You can do anything and everything in dreams.”

Fans of John Mayer, Maisie Peters, Alec Benjamin, The Weeknd, and Don Henley should check out Ned Moss’s new single “In Dreams,” available on your favorite streaming platform. Listen to this song and other great music on the Alchemical Records Multigenre Mixture on Spotify.
