MisterWives at 9:30 Club

Go check out American indie pop group MisterWives this week as they take on 9:30 Club! Based out of New York City, they’re working their way down the East Coast on “The Resilient Little Tour” so that they can share their critically acclaimed music with you! Their rapid rise to the spotlight began in 2012 when lead singer Mandy Lee wanted an 80s cover band for her birthday party. The group was quickly formed and played their first show in February of 2013 in NYC, then were signed the very next day. They toured and dropped music for the better part of that year, growing as they went and eventually opening for acts such as Panic! at the Disco, Twenty One Pilots, Half Moon Run, Bleachers, The Mowgli’s, Walk the Moon, Foster the People, Paramore, American Authors, and X Ambassadors.
