
Based in Leesburg, Virginia, American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mike Jones has just released his debut single called, “Wild Heart (Calamity Jane),” reminiscent of Ryan Adams, Ben Harper, Justin Townes Earle, and other contemporary roots-rock artists. At just under five minutes, the song is a slower introspective song that could easily be about a lost love; about the kind of falling in love that causes us to recognize we are becoming different people, or that we already are.
