Go check out DC native Le’Asha at The Pocket this weekend! This powerhouse has been releasing music since 2010, previously as part of a hip hop duo called Quincy Vidal. While in that duo, Le’Asha opened for the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Salt ‘N’ Pepa, Noname, Ravyn Lenae, Talib Kweli, and many more. Since her decision to go solo in 2018, Le’Asha has been making waves in the rap scene with her dynamic flow and expressive personality, releasing her first mixtape “The Universe Project” in February 2021 and continuing to work on her debut EP “Damn Good” as she tours around New York and Washington D.C.
