Go join Freddy Hall at Highmark Brewery this week to celebrate the release of his latest album, “Dazy”! This indie pop darling strives to communicate the nuances of life, love, and hope found in the struggles of life.
“‘Dazy’ spans three years of my life as I was healing from the loss of a loved one who suffered from addiction. I was learning to quell my anger and focus my energy on trying to be more understanding, forgiving, and gentle,” Hall explains. “I started learning the therapeutic powers of sound and the communication device that music offers.”
This album is not only a story of a journey through loss and communication of hope, but also a musical evolution for Hall, who used the opportunity to expand on his alt-rock sensibilities through new musical structures, themes, grooves, and sounds.
