Eva Snyder Celebrates the Power of Love with “keep dancing”

By Margaret Adams

Nashville-based singer-songwriter Eva Snyder has released her new single and first love song, “keep dancing.” This is Synder’s second single of 2022, as she is gearing up for debut EP in 2023.

As a Massachusetts native who currently resides in San Francisco, Synder is able to bring both coasts to her unique sound, which falls into soft pop and singer-songwriter genres; she combines “raw and transparent lyrics with an authentic pop vibe brought to life on an acoustic guitar with over 20 years of performing experience.” Her brutally honest lyrics layered on bold melodies illustrate the impact of her influences: Maren Morris, Halsey and Julia Michaels.

Inspired by her own wedding year, Eva wrote “keep dancing” as a focused reflection of her own life. It’s the first love song Eva has released and showcases a softer, loving side to her artistry–it is the perfect song for any wedding or first dance.

“This song is so special to me,” said Snyder. “The origin story of this song is rooted in my own love and loss. The song actually began as a completely different song and a tribute to my grandfather who passed away in the winter of 2021 and then I re-wrote the lyrics to turn it from a song about loss into a song about love. The original, loss version of this song will be released in a few weeks but I wanted to release this celebration of love first.”

“I hope this song can connect with others in love or dreaming about love. I am very proud of this song and looking forward to having it played at my very own wedding this fall…and until then, I’ll keep dancing.”
