This weekend, run to The Parks at Walter Reed to take part in Down in the Reeds Festival 2021! This amazing Fall Music Festival is a celebration not only of the changing weather and crunching leaves, but also of the healing power of music. This one-day festival’s mission is to “highlight that common experience through performances of some of DC’s most vibrant musicians as well as workshops, arts activations, community and family engagement, and so much more!” Among those making their appearance on the three stages are BRASSIE, Leo Rua, Shugsline, Calista Garcia, Le Marvela, See-I, Born I, and RDGLDGRN. Make sure to check out the rest of their lineup here, along with lists of other activities and workshops for the whole family!
Please Note! To ensure the safety of all festival-goers, this event asks that attendees be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 OR show proof of a negative Covid test taken within 48 hours of attending the festival. They also ask that everyone wear a mask unless actively eating or drinking.
