Want to see the physical embodiment of energy? Go to Pearl Street Warehouse this week and check out Charlottesville-based band Disco Risqué. Screaming guitars, pounding drums, thumping bass, blaring horns, and raw vocals come together in a sort of controlled chaos that leaves listeners astounded and hungry for more. This fast-rising powerhouse combines elements or rock, funk, hip-hop, hardcore, and pop to create something completely new and themselves. This show is guaranteed to be a wild, jaw-dropping ride for all in attendance.
