Danava is a hard rock band that hails from Portland, Oregon that is influenced by the hard, progressive, and psychedelic rock genres. The four-piece consists of Gregory Meleney (vocals, guitar, synthesizers), Dominic Casciato (bass), Matthew Oliver (drums), and Kerby Strom (guitar). Their new release “Enchanted Villain” is “about the power and horrors of organized religion,” they described.

Limousine Beach is “a Sizzle Rock band from the tepid streets of Pittsburgh, PA.” The five-piece – Dave Wheeler, Evan Mitchell, Jason Sichi, Dan Bhutta, and Dan Hernandez – are currently on tour with Danava.

Murder is from Baltimore, Maryland and makes “Apocalypse Rock and F*ckpunk for the people of Earth.” They released their EP All Tomorrow’s Problems in 2019 and their album Apocalypse Rock in 2022 – vinyl soon to come. “This is quite a ripper, and a rare entirely heavy psych bill for Baltamont!” they say about this upcoming show.

Head is a three piece loud hard rock ’n roll group also from Baltimore, consisting of Dresden Boulden (Guitar/Vocals/Organ), Triston Grove (Bass/Vocals), and Geezus Kendall (Drums/Percussion). Their EP Early Works was recorded fully analogue onto eight track tape by in 2021, and is “meant to be played at FULL VOLUME.”

This is sure to be an exciting night full of raw local talent. If you haven’t been to a hard rock show in a while, now’s your chance. Find more upcoming events at Ottobar here
