Billboard Chart-Topping Anthony Rosano and The Conqueroos Release ‘The Chain’

By Linc Bradham

In a time of so much uncertainty and tribulation, when some good old-fashioned rock and roll comes along and reminds us all of a simpler time, it’s something to be grateful for!

Anthony Rosano is doing just that, channeling and keeping so many of the spirits of the classics alive, including but not limited to: Led Zeppelin, Rory Gallagher, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and The Eagles. He and his Conqueroos have performed at such auspicious venues as LOCKN, Western Maryland Blues Fest, and even Madison Square Garden.

With live music opening up all around – the sky seems to be the limit for Norfolk, Virginia-based Rosano and The Conqueroos. One of their most exciting live shows to come will be at Manassas Farm Brew LIVE on Saturday, August 28, at 2 p.m. Learn more here.

For a beautiful sunny day filled with quality brews, heartfelt blues, and wiggling your toes in the grass with no shoes, make sure to mark this show on your calendar and see why Billboard and iTunes chart-topping Rosano was selected to open for an entire string of shows performed by none other than the incomparable legend Bob Seger.

With their most recent single, “The Chain,” Rosano & The Conqueroos are at their very best, drawing inspiration from Dire Straits, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Blackfoot. With storytelling that takes your attention from the very first line, Rosano brings you along for a journey down a long and lonesome highway that arrives at a destination of freedom at its apex.

When listening to “The Chain,” it’s easy to see why high-profile Virginia critic and radio personality Paul Shugrue describes Rosano as “a top-notch triple threat: guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter.” There is much to love about this newest single, from its wailing guitar solos, to its insightful lyrics, to its spectacular production value, but the best way for anyone to experience it would be for he, she, or they to take four minutes out of the day and listen to “The Chain” here.
