DC’s own Arco and Aire (otherwise known as Maxfield Wollam-Fisher and Heyni Solera) are performing live at Caminito Amigo this week, bringing high-end contemporary tango right to your doorstep! Heyni Solera is known for her soulful bandoneon, making her one of the most sought-after and prominent musicians in the tango music scene. Maxfield Wollam-Fisher is a cellist and avid dancer who has played tango all around the hemisphere, working to promote tango and its ability to deepen connections between people and the global community. Together, they create a tantalizing sound that is both alluring and danceable- the music seduces the crowd, pulling at their limbs, begging them to dance and join in on the tradition and fun that is the tango.
