An Evening with The Washington Ballet at Wolf Trap

It’s time to welcome The Washington Ballet to Wolf Trap! Although the ballet may be a little far from our usual repertoire, I’m taking a more personal approach for this article. One of my closest childhood friends spent years training diligently around the world to be a dancer, and I’ve just found out that his hard work has brought him here – to Wolf Trap with The Washington Ballet. So of course, since I’m incredibly proud of and excited for him, I have to send you all out for extra support.

The Ballet celebrates one of the most beloved works by choreographic master George Balanchine alongside a trio of original works including choreographer Silas Farley’s commissioned work Werner Sonata & The Washington Ballet’s own Andile Ndlovu, a lively celebration of the creative process and a showcase for the company’s diverse range of talents. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to see this breathtaking performance live, and please give some extra loud applause for my old friend!
