Waldorf, Md. –Between shooting the pilot for a web series, completing recordings and going on tour, the artists with Alchemical Records are very active this month.

Richmond, Va., based Andrew Ullman’s next release is no longer going to be a three-track single called “The Man,” but rather a four-track EP entitled “Worse.” The tracks on the EP will be “For Better or Worse,” “Lingonberry Wine,” “The Man,” and “Go F**k Yourself.” “For Better or Worse” will now be the lead-off single instead of “The Man.” Ullman hopes to finish mastering tracks for the EP by the end of this week, along with artwork for it.

The guys from The Collaterals, based in Baltimore, Md., are continuing the writing and filming process for their YouTube show, tentatively named CROWD CNTRL. CROWD CNTRL began filming on Jan. 23 at MAGfest, mostly interviews with independent game developers and others who were on the bill for presentations. The show will also incorporate skits and stunts, making it a full variety show in the fashion of Jackass and Saturday

Night Live.

Recording for the next album has been pushed back to March due to front man Ryan Resnick’s schedule in February. Spencer Joyce and The Record Machine, from Purcellville, Va., are continuing their tour, hitting venues in New York City, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. in the past week.
